We hope you; your family and friends are well. We are still proactivilty protecting against COVID and are deep cleaning and sterilising for 30 mins before every client and will also wearing PPE. We will be asking you to take additional precautions and require you to follow specific guidance on your visit to the salon. We are politely requesting that:- • You wash your hands before leaving for your appointment. • You use the toilet before leaving as we are not be able to provide this facility. • You come to the salon wearing your own mask. • You are on time. With the additional cleaning and preparation there will be no access to the salon until your appointment time. Any delays will affect other people. • You wait in your car until you are called in to the salon. • You come alone, only one person will be allowed in. • No food or drink will be allowed. • Any personal items will have to be placed in a box provided on the floor. • Payment will be electronic (contactless or bank transfer).
